To report a claim, contact to submit a claim along with all the required documents. It is imperative that any damages are marked on the original POD (Proof of Delivery) which acts as the proof for any damage caused during transit. The car hauler that hauled the shipment is liable for loss or damage in accordance with applicable law. Our team will facilitate the entire claims administration and resolution. We will coordinate with all parties involved to ensure timely resolution.

Please provide the following documents to process the claim: 1. Claims form as notification of loss; 2. POD (Proof of Delivery); 3. Paid freight bill; 4. Original invoice showing the value of the vehicle lost or damaged; 5. A repair estimate; 6. Photos of the actual damage.
