We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mobile Developer to join our team. This individual will manage our remote development team and lead the development of our React Native mobile application. The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics industry and a strong background in building applications with offline mode, background processes, and location services.
Your time here will be spent improving our existing application and developing new features. Our working tool kit consist of: Teams, Jira, Confluence and GitHub.
Our ideal candidate enjoys:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our React Native mobile application.
- Manage and mentor a remote team of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for application optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Mobile Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in React Native.
- Experience in the logistics industry. (Preferred not required)
- Expertise in building applications with offline mode, background processes, and location services.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
